Ayn Rand First Interview 1959

I just finally finished reading Atlas Shrugged (1957), so I wanted to connect the author to the book a little more. Whatever your opinion on Ayn Rand might be, one thing can't be taken away from her--the fact that as an immigrant who came to the USA relatively late in life, her command of the English language was extraordinary. She was an erudite woman who wanted to be judged not on her own merit but on merit that had absolute, objective, universal and eternal value.
